Reweave runs a separate programme for 5-MeO-DMT because the return can be abrupt and the experience may leave very little you can put into words. The programme does not require a clear story or ask you to decide what the experience meant before you begin.
The 5-MeO-DMT programme and the psilocybin programme both last 90 days. They do not begin from the same kind of return.
The return can be abrupt
5-MeO-DMT is short and unusually intense. The experience itself can last minutes, and people often describe the return as steep. You may be back on your feet the same evening and at work the next day, feeling raw, scattered, or perfectly fine, sometimes all three in one morning.
Many people also come back with very little they can put into words. That makes the usual integration advice, write down what you learned, feel like it was written for someone else. We wrote about that in When there is no clear story.
The 5-MeO programme is not the psilocybin one with a new label. It does not require a clear story or ask you to decide what the experience meant before you begin.
Words are not the price of entry
The first week does not ask you to explain the experience to anyone, including yourself. A session may ask what you notice now, whether anything returned to mind or which decision can wait. Brief answers are enough.
You can see the outline of the programme before you begin. The session content itself opens once you start.
How access works
- The first three sessions open without payment after the 5-MeO check. The programme costs £197 once, with a full refund on request, including after you have started. You see what is included before you pay.
- The 5-MeO check comes before payment and does not require an account. It looks for immediate risk and circumstances Reweave cannot support. Passing is not a clinical assessment.
- Reweave is education and structured reflection. It isn’t therapy, crisis care or medical advice.
- Reweave does not charge for its crisis routes or put them behind a sign-up or payment. External phone, data or service charges may apply.
If you’re not sure yet
You can read the public outline without deciding whether to start. How it works explains what the programme asks, and the questions page covers eligibility, privacy and where to find human help.
If you are not ready to start, the writing is available without an account.
