The first week
The return from a 5-MeO experience is fast. You may be back on your feet the same evening and back at work the next day, and you may feel raw, or scattered, or perfectly fine, or all three in a morning. None of that is a sign of how well it went. This first week asks one small thing at a time, and does not ask you to explain any of it to anyone, including yourself.
Steadying
The intensity can pass quickly here, sometimes faster than expected. This week is about steadying without rushing: meeting strong feelings, giving sleep and the body some ordinary care, and noticing the difference between feeling settled and carrying something into daily life. Feeling fine is allowed. This module does not decide what the experience meant or tell you that something must have changed.
Weeks three to twelve10 modules
Making sense, slowly
Making a story is one way to work with what happened. That may not be available to you, and its absence is not a failure. It is also possible to go the other way and spend weeks turning it over without ever reaching the bottom of it. This stretch offers other ways to hold an experience that resists being told, and a way to put it down.
When it comes back
Parts of a 5-MeO-DMT experience can sometimes surface again without being invited. The return may feel welcome, neutral, unsettling or hard to place. This module names that possibility without predicting it, offers one eyes-open practice that can be stopped at any point, and keeps a route to human support close. It does not explain why reactivation happens, decide what it means or promise what happens next.
Turning towards
The experience brought things closer to the surface. This module is about what you do with that: noticing what is uncomfortable without pushing it away, catching the harsh thought before it catches you, watching an old pull arise and fall, and being a little kinder to yourself when any of it is hard.
What matters
The experience may have pointed towards something that matters to you. This module is about finding out what that is, naming it simply, and making one small move in its direction, not a life overhaul, just one step, done on purpose.
Coming home to yourself
A 5-MeO experience can leave the usual sense of self difficult to find or oddly certain. You do not have to settle who you are. This module returns to what is available today: the body you are in, the boundaries you can notice, the needs you can test and one ordinary act of care.
Reaching towards others
An experience can be hard to put into words, and telling someone about it can carry consequences. This module keeps disclosure and contact as choices. It offers private ways to decide what stays private, find one honest sentence, consider a welcome reconnection and choose the kind of support that fits.
The wider world
A lot of people come through an experience like this with a renewed feeling for the world around them, the light on a street, the way a tree grows. This is about keeping that thread alive: time outside, the kind of attention that catches something ordinary and finds it strange and good, and a small sense of belonging to something larger.
As the weeks move on
Four sessions for noticing how this part of the programme feels, choosing one modest action, finding an accessible way to move or pause, and keeping human support close. A participant may feel lower, unchanged, well, unsettled or none of those things. The module does not treat any state as the expected result of a 5-MeO experience.
Honest integration
Four sessions for comparing a felt shift with observable change, holding certainty open to another person's view, trying one familiar thing that used to matter and finishing one practical task. The module does not decide what the experience meant or treat certainty, distance or lack of change as a diagnosis.
Making it stick
Four sessions for choosing one practice without forcing a success story, giving it a recognisable cue, planning for ordinary friction and making a practice card that can be revised or left.
Closing weeks1 module
Belonging and the safety net
Four sessions for choosing support without compelled contact or disclosure, agreeing a contact rhythm, rehearsing one private request and keeping urgent routes within reach. The final session also names reactivation so that its return later does not arrive without words or a route to human support.
Closing the programme1 module
What you carry forward
Four sessions for looking back without grading the ninety days, recording change or no change honestly, choosing what to carry and closing without a graduation claim.

What the research can and cannot tell us
Research helps set questions and safety boundaries. These sources do not test Reweave, show that everyone needs a programme or predict what one person will feel next.
