How Reweave uses your application

What we keep

Reweave stores the details you enter on the form, the safeguards you confirm and the time you consented. We use them to assess your application, check the information you provide and contact you about the network.

How long we keep it

If your application is unsuccessful or discarded as spam, Reweave deletes it after 12 months. If you join the network, the application may remain linked to your internal specialist record while you are in the network.

Stopping automated abuse

Reweave uses your email address and the request's IP address to limit repeated applications. The limiter stores separate scrambled keys and request times, not the raw email or IP address. Limiter records older than 24 hours are deleted by a scheduled cleanup. The IP address comes from forwarding headers set by Reweave's trusted Supabase edge proxy.

Withdraw or ask for deletion

Email hello@reweave.life to withdraw your application or ask Reweave to delete it. Include the email address used on the form so the right application can be found. If details need correcting, ask us to delete the application, then submit a new form.
