Applying starts a review. It does not add you to the directory or guarantee that Reweave will offer referrals.
Content review, participant referrals and any triage role are assessed separately. We ask only for the information needed to begin that review.
Your application and your data
How we handle your application
What we use it for. We use the answers on this form only to assess whether you are a fit for the curated network and to contact you about it. Your application is never shown publicly. A directory profile is written separately, with you, only if you join. Please leave out health details about yourself or anyone you have worked with.
Who sees it. The small Reweave team that reviews applications. It is stored with the database provider that runs the Reweave service.
How long we keep it. If your application is unsuccessful, our current default is to delete it 12 months after we decide. If you join the network, we keep it while you are part of it.
Your choices. You can withdraw your application, or ask us to delete it, at any time by emailing hello@reweave.life. We delete it and keep only a note that an application was removed and why, without your answers. If details need correcting, ask us to delete the application, then submit a new form.
Stopping automated abuse. We use separate scrambled keys made from your email and IP address to limit repeated submissions. The raw email and IP address are not stored in those limiter records, and records older than 24 hours are deleted by a scheduled cleanup. The IP address comes from forwarding headers set by Reweave's trusted Supabase edge proxy.
